Staff at the front counter are all not helpful, terrible service. On a rainy day, told me they do not have umbrellas for rent and I had to purchase one from them instead. On ALL the days of my stay, the bed was never made. Requested for it and was told it would happen the next day but it never happened. On the day of check out, I checked out 30 mins past 11am and was told I had to pay a late checkout fee. As I am travelling with an infant, I decided to just pay it off but was told I would not be getting a receipt for it.

Our stay was great. I specifically really liked the bathroom layout as it felt like an efficient use of a small space. I wish the nightstand/counter space by the bed was a little bigger as we could not fit much on there. The staff were kind and helpful and the location was amazing. I would stay here again.

There is nothing really around this hotel (small Lawson and Starbucks down the street) so if you like quiet, this place is for you. The rooms are very small. The bed is hard. The pillow is a beanbag. It’s a far walk from the station when your feet are tired and the stairs to come out of the station are brutal. Other than that, the hotel is clean and the staff is nice.
