Hotel was in a very convenient location everything from grocery stores, convenient stores, restaurants and the train stations were all within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again next time in in town!

Quiet location, clean room and housekeeping was accommodating when we only needed fresh towels and no room cleaning necessary. We were a bit surprised by the construction but we may have missed the notice when booking. It turned out to be fine as only one morning it was noisy and we didn’t leave the hotel yet. Overall it was a good stay and staff was helpful.

Good location, typical tokyo size room (not very big) but has everything you need. Bed is comfy. Station close by and lots of resturants in the area. Easy access to main Tokyo spots (Shibuya, Harajuku etc.)

Good place and in a good location, big downside for me is the noise from the hallway as there’s almost no sound proofing. Fair bit of dust around the room but for the price I paid I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at Hotel Risveglio, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. It’s close to everything, best location ever. Staff are super accomodating and have a very cool translation device at the front desk. Breakfast each day was great and set us up for a busy day of sightseeing. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely staff, location and breakfast

We recently had a 4 night stay with our 2 year old to Hotel Risveglio and it was great. The location was awesome and the breakfast was a nice inclusion and very handy. The only real complaint is that there is very little room to put ANY bags (I know Japanese rooms are small) but there was literally no where to put one suitcase let alone 3!

The room had enough space for a two week stay, you spend a lot of time out and about but it's not like you're crammed in your room upon return. The art on the wall is a nice unique touch. The staff are friendly and helpful, they even have a translation board at the front desk to assist if there's any language troubles.

Room was very clean but rather small. The heating kept blowing off hot air and unable to adjust the temperature. The staff said the setting was for winter and unable to change setting. We were asked to open windows to cool down our room. Not able to get much rest with windows opened due to the outside noise. Location was great - near restaurants and train station.

Very close to the metro station and well connected to major shopping areas and tourists attractions. Surrounded by nice restaurants, Japanese cosmetics stores/ pharmacies, and 24-r convenient store. The room is small though, just like those typical room sizes of hotels alike in Tokyo.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were all very nice and spoke English. Breakfast was included (not sure if it always is) and was quite good. There were 6 options to choose from, some Japanese style, some western style. We had kids with us and both kids found options they liked. There were a lot of restaurants in the area, 7 eleven is across the street and the metro was a quick walk away. We would stay at this hotel again.
