This hotel is everything and then some. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and could have used a few drawers to create some space but to be honest that was expected. The location was perfect. Being a block away from a convenience store was really, well convenient. This location is also about a 5 minute walk from the bus stop that takes you right into shibuya. Highly recommend.

The bed being pushed up against the wall annoyed my poor wife terribly. The area was great, though!

Very good location in Roppongi, steps away from metro which make it easy to get around town and the airport. Easy to check in and out. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The property does show its age. Beds are comfortable but towels could be better.

This hotel is nearby Roppongi station, multiple shopping places, Family Mart/7-11and good restaurants! The hotel staff were so genuinely nice and they spoke English which helps alot. Fresh towels were hung daily on our door. Only problem was the free coffee starts at 7am and being an early riser, had to go out for coffee. Overall, a highly recommended hotel!! Will be back again!!!

After needing to relocate unexpectedly from our original accommodation, this hotel was a huge relief. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which was exactly what we needed after a long international flight and a stressful situation earlier in the day. The staff were courteous and efficient, and the overall environment felt calm and reliable. The location in Roppongi was also very convenient with good transport access. Overall, this was a very positive stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel, especially for travellers who need dependable accommodation at short notice.
