"Room size isn'f bad at all. We stayed for 7-8 nights, but no linen/towel change. The location is further than we thought, it's around 7-8 minutes to the station, but Sugamo Station (Yamanote Line) is very accessible to the city. There's a 7-11 nearby the building. Walking with luggage is not easy. Check in time is 3pm but check out time is 10am. I found that pretty early. Wifi log in might be challenging, but the check in process is pretty simple. Overall, a pleasant stay, 8/10 for me :) "

"You have to walk a little bit to get to certain shops, but when you check-in, with your room card, you get a small map of what’s around the hotel and within walking distance. The staff were very kind at check-in, during my stay, and at my check out. They answered my questions regarding forwarding my luggage to my next hotel. "My husband and I stayed for about 10 days for our honeymoon and the staff were so kind each day. The room premium room was very spacious and I adored hearing the train go by while taking a bath each night. The bed and pillow were a bit too firm for our liking, but we still slept great! "Clean room, very cozy space, but was perfect for our short stay. The location was incredibly convenient and the breakfast in the morning was so nice. We went to the Japanese style buffet. It was a lovely experience. We really enjoyed it, especially because the airport limo (charter bus) takes you right up to the front door. Super helpful for my parent who has accessibility needs. There were also great amenities in the hotel lobby and umbrellas available on rainy days. Would certainly consider staying again!"

"I do not have a single, possible complaint regarding Chinzanso hotel. The room was immaculate, the view was incredible, and the staff were always ready to help. My wife and I were made to feel like royalty. Regarding the location, the hotel is out of the way of the more touristy areas, allowing for peace and quiet. Yet, despite this, you are only a short walk away from the cherry blossoms along Kanda river, which are absolutely breathtaking. I would advise travelers to put some money aside for a taxi from Narita airport, as the hill climb to the hotel must be made from any metro station and is very difficult with luggage. Once settled, I recommend Edogawabashi station over Waseda for getting around the city."
