I needed to book an additional night for myself as my partner’s flight is a day earlier than mine, and the staff at the front desk were incredible with assisting me through that process. The rooms itself were spacious and the amenities within the room were comforting as well. (The slippers & pajamas? Oh my god.) laundry seems to be done every morning before 12pm, but if you opt for a do not disturb morning, there’s a button (that flashes red. It is also labelled as DND) near the entrance that will let the housekeeping staff know. "

"I stayed at this hotel in Tokyo and would give it a solid 4 stars. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is pretty typical for Tokyo, but they were clean, cozy, and comfortable. That said, they can feel quite tight if you have large luggage. Thankfully, there is a luggage storage area near reception, which is very helpful. One thing to note is that amenities like toothbrushes, razors, and other essentials are self-serve at the reception area rather than provided in the room. There’s also no bottled water in the room—instead, there’s a jug you can use to fill up water from another floor. It definitely has more of a “do-it-yourself” style setup. That said, the staff were very kind and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re okay with a more self-service experience and want a comfortable place to stay in the city."
