The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing helpful and kind. They were the highlight of my stay. They made our stay worth it. The room was clean and decent for the price paid. It was in a great location as well. We just walked to all the places we wanted to explore in the city.

To preface - We stayed for 1 night and I'm glad it was only that. The pictures may be from when the hotel first open because It's not want it looked like in person. I will start by saying that the hotel is facing overflowing dumpsters ( I understand it's not their fault but it was unexpected and unpleasant ) . The doors are very thin . I could hear our neighbors kids watching their shows starting at 6:30 AM . Doors slamming - felt like it was our door slamming . Overall the rooms felt very dark, and dated, unstable furniture . Our pillow cases had a drops of blood on it . I did not complain because I only noticed in the morning- I had already used the pillow and we were checking out . Staff seemed nice and friendly.

Worst stay I have experienced

It was the worst stay I have ever had and I had to move out 1 day into my 4 day trip. I highly recommend that you stay away from this hotel.

Stay away …

Nothing positive at all to say about this place except that it’s downtown. Despite having upgraded the beds where horrendous, no toilet paper, no soap and a toilet bowl of stinking piss greeted us upon arrival - the toilet seat was loose and so was the electrical outlets. The room was extremely dark and the window had privacy screen so nothing could be seen out of it. Hard to find, 10€/day parking and breakfast was a pure joke

Gostei do hotel e da localização, porém achei o atendimento no restaurante, durante o café da manhã bem mediano em comparação a recepção, que foi incrível! (E vale ressaltar, que a comida é muito boa, mas você pode escolher apenas uma opção do cardápio, seja de comida ou bebida). E o ar condicionado não funcionou no último dia, e como fez muito calor, foi tenso. Mas no geral, o hotel é bom!
