We really enjoyed our stay here at the Ibis! The staff where lovely very accommodating to us. We travelled with small children under 5, pool was excellent with kids area. Buffet breakfast was good. There is a little air conditioned playground area for kids next to dining room. The family room was spacious and clean. The view from the room was stunning, except there was road works across the way - you can walk further to go to the beach. Or explore Vang Tàu, taxi easy to access.

Delightful Stay in Vung tau Vietnam

Vùng Tàu is a cool little coastal town only a few hours from Ho Chi Minh City. We took the ferry boat directly here, which is quite peaceful, and the nice alternative to driving. This hotel is right across the street from the beach and is in great condition and has a very friendly staff. New Year’s celebrations were abundant so at night time it was a little noisy. Highly recommend this property.

Great staffing special Hiếu &Nhi, find the best way to accommodate any requests that you need. Nice and clean facility. Food is ok but not the best especially breakfast with precooked eggs. I would rate 4.5 stars and definitely will come back.

This is the second time we have stayed here and once again we can't complain, from the staff to the amenities to the convenience of the property you feel like you're made to feel special. There were more international holiday stayers this year compared to when we last stayed when there were more Vietnamese people so there was a notable difference in how the staff were been treated which was not acceptable. The hotel and staff itself is amazing, I can't wait to come back here again and the staff here deserve all the commendations they get as they are absolutely lovely.

The seaview from the window was the best view ive had in Vung Tau! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunetly i can not remember the young ladie receptionists name but she was very helpful and incredibly kind (the name had 3 letters) I also LOVED the hotel was plastic free. I will definetly be returning or recommending this hotel if i return to Vung Tau. Thankyou for having me!

Staffs were very friendly ! Ngoc and Tai ( check in ) and Nam ( check out ) were amazing! Since it was slow season , they upgraded our room to ocean view to better our experience which was very kind of them ! The area is amazing, you can walk to anywhere, beach is across the street, coffee shops , milkshakes, ice cream at every corner. Seafood , do your research i wouldn’t go to any place in the area ! E bikes at both corners for rent ! Highly recommend to rent a bike , we went to front beach , into town and back to back beach , had so much fun ! Last but not least, the infinity pool is amazing!!Went in the pool after breakfast and we had the pool to ourselves, view is on point !

We were supposed to stay there for 28 nights ,and pre paid , when we arrived to our room the size of the room is like a closet, we asked for a refund to stay somewhere else they denied I requeste we asked them to see other rooms , since we are staying for 28 nights we need more room , they showed us a bigger , but they wanted us to pay a additional 1500 dollars more for this room, we declined and told them we would stay for a shorter period , after 14 days we left the hotel , the bed in the larger room is a queen bed not comfortable and squeaky, the rooms are not cleaned, the windows in our room were never cleaned, breakfast is great if you are Asian, the gym is ok , but you have to turn the air conditioning on your own , other wise it’s plus30 in it , I asked to speak to the manger of the hotel , he never answered and I never saw him .
