Even though the whole property is pet friendly the accommodations were extremely well cleaned with no odor. It was so nice to have a fire pit lit in the evening for guests and the grill was well maintained.

The only thing we didnt like about this was that the floors seemed to not have been cleaned very well. Only other thing is that they need a way to keep the eggs, potatoes and sausages hot. They need a proper sterno setup for those. Otherwise it was a good hotel

The staff were nice and very helpful. My family and I felt safe for the most part. However, the condition of the property and the room were surprisingly dirty and in poor condition. I had to clean the entire hotel room in order for my family to feel comfortable enough to rest. I might consider staying again in the future but only if the condition property improves.

Staff were friendly and easy check in. Room was pretty clean and AC was cool. The pool could use more thorough cleaning, we weren’t comfortable using it. Kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, silverware, and a few misc pots and pans. Fridge was not working in our suite so we had to throw out some food, but the freezer was cold. Quiet outside and felt safe tucked back in a shopping center. Overall, affordable pricing for being easy drive from beaches.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. My kids and I enjoyed our stay. The pool was clean but it was a bit cooler and rainy when I stayed so we didn’t get a chance to really enjoy it but I plan to stay there again when I come back to Jersey for a visit. Also the ppl complaining about no room service, when I checked in I was informed that if I wanted cleaning service to let them know otherwise they would leave me alone for my stay which was perfect for me. Overall this place was great.

The actual room was great. The hotel reception was clean and tidy. The breakfast was ok, the dining room was big but not too many options to eat. There were waffles and a small selection of other items but it wasnt restocked very well.

This hotel is rated a 7 for a reason. The location is okay. The new renovations were a "landlord special" ... new cabinets & flooring. But it was poorly done and it shows. The walls are dirty and have holes. They patched the tub walls with differnt tiles and the tub fauset is unsecured and they just used culk to hold it...it didnt hold and wiggles so much. The breakfast was not good. The pool was in nice condition tho.

the actual rooms/units are huge and it's like stepping into a mini condo! The bad part was that the tv's were all blurry and had extremely limited channels and froze up a lot. Also, while the kitchen looks good, it has no oven or dishwasher and our stovetop didn't work. What else? Our refrigerator wasn't plugged in and stunk and they have no ice machine and we had to beg fpr extra bath towels and still didn't get them. The place has potential, but how about one tv that works instead of three that suck? Also, make sure the fridge and stove are working and tell guests that you are sorry the tv's are unwatchable. The units themselves are very good. The rest is suspect at best.
