"Lovely hotel, conveniently located very close to the M5. The staff were all lovely and very welcoming. It was a very hot couple of days when we were there; the air conditioning in our room was excellent. The hotel is very well presented and well maintained. "Room was very dated, had a musty old smoke smell. The bathroom was in desperate need of renovations. Parts missing from the tap, a weird old dirty attachment randomly stuck to the wall, the bath was marked and scratched (looked very dirty so did not use). Breakfast was an absolute shambles, it was so busy and crowded with no systems in place, there was barely any food left and seemed to be only one person refilling the food station.
