Place is ugly and nothing like the pictures… I paid to get Wi-fi and breakfast but on check in they said I didn’t which was a lie… instead to fix the problem they told me to try a refund with Expedia !!! Don’t go to this place u gonna regret, a lot of people there complaining, keys that don’t work, place smell bad and situated in a bad neighborhood!!! "

"The room looked as if it hadn’t been checked and cleaned in a while, dust and dirt everywhere, old food stains on the kitchen. The bathroom smelt like cigarettes, so I opened the windows which helped a little but still didn’t clear it. The pillows were pretty firm too so didn’t have a great sleep."

"My father and I had a fantastic stay at the Wavertree Hotel. The staff were outstanding and the location was near bus and train stations so getting around London was a breeze. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone!"
