"Always friendly staff, good rates, good location quite hotel "

"Although the surrounding area has nothing, other than the airport, to look at, the location is perfect for flyers leaving from terminal2. The staff are excellent and courteous. They also keep the facility clean and ready for guests. Some furnitures need replacement/renovation. The showering area is annoying because it is impossible to stop showering water splashing into the outer area. Replacing the glass partition with sliding shower door will overcome the proble. I am not a friend of the modern concept of open shelf’s and doorless closet, but they are functional."

"The room was soundproof, I die worry about noise from the airport but didn't hear anything. Loved how convenient it was for the Heathrow pod. Bed was very comfortable. "

"Large room, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Check in was fast and easy. Cheap and convenient from T5 Heathrow using the 423 bus. Excellent value"

"If you love aviation, this hotel is the one! Get the room with the view. Great stay for a quick one night layover, the only down side is that it is very far from london center. If you are planning to just stay, I would highly rec, but if you would like to visit the city, I would suggest to stay downtown as the uber price is insane!"

"A quiet comfortable room. Compact but had everything you needed for a night before an early flight. The bed was so comfy I only wish I didn't have to leave it so early in the morning. Really handy for terminals 2 and 3. While it was in Terminal 3 arrivals it was a quick walk to terminal 2 as well. "
