"Having stayed on one of hottest days of year the air conditioning in bedrooms was extremely welcome and efficient. I thought uk king size beds would be standard in hotels. Not used to a double bed but it was clean and comfortable. Bathroom spotless but struggled to access the shower over bath as you had to step in onto slope at end of bath. If you have even a minor disability then try to get an accessible room.. The pool was a good size and well maintained as was gym. Good sized pool towels....

"The bathroom was dirty, clearly had not been cleaned properly in some time, there was hair all over the floor, dirt build up around the shower tray and shower itself. Windows were also very dirty. The breakfast bag is not worth it as it’s not ready to go you have to wait 10mins for the hot part!"

"Hotel was in a quiet location with la lot of parking. Its a large hotel but was lacking in guests. Thre is nowhere to get an an evening meal. Breakfast simple but adequate. The room was large but it was very hot, the window sash was broken and Lthough a fan was provided it was almost impossible to sleep. The bathroom was ok but the heated towel rail could not be switched off and therefore far to hot!. Wr did visit during exceptionally hot weather."
