"Arrived for checking close to midnight. No 9ne at the front desk for almost 10 minutes. After arriving in our room, I wasn't able to turn on the TV, close the blinds or use the phone to call the front desk. Also clock was plugged in, but inoperable. Went to front desk to notify. Front desk clerk was accommodating and gave us a 4 pm late check out. The next morning, no less than 3 different people came knocking on the door to ask why I haven't checked out yet... I told alk 3 separately, that I was given a 4 pm check out. Honesty, probably wouldn't stay at this property again. "

"I should have paid a little bit more money. The place is really rundown. The carpet is worn. The furniture is chipped, scratched, dented and and needs repair. Not only that the restaurant downstairs played a rapid beat music even after they closed and I called the desk several times to remedy this and the downstairs restaurant said that they needed music to clean. Then after that shut off just before 11 PM (had to be up st 4am for a flight) there was other residents in the building that were also playing fast beat music. I couldn’t figure out where all it was coming from but needless to say I didn’t get any sleep. One of them down the hall finally went to bed at 5:30 AM. It was just supposed to be a quick night for some rest, but it ended up being an all nighter. Due to the lower price and run down appearance, it obviously attracts a certain level of clientele."

"I love the location to go see concerts and performances at Dr Philipp’s Center. Modern hotel, comfortable bed, clean, valet parking and couple minutes walk to the venue "

"Perfect location. Lovely lobby. Very noisy. The trains are near and loud. The mattresses are hard as concrete."

"A great place to stay. Fantastic customer service from the beginning to the end. They have a local shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up anywhere within a 3 mile radius. The rooms are large with bathtub and 5 head shower. My only small complaint was the HAVC was a little loud. "
