"The hotel itself is clean, affordable, and has reasonable pricing for parking ($15 per overnight). There’s also a free shuttle to get to the Mall of America or the hotel and back. Staff members were all so nice, too. Complimentary breakfast was decent - not just some sad 2-3 item selection. Definitely worth staying here and I highly recommend it!"

"We came to the lobby without any greeting. My mom and I figured we should just give him our ID. He took our IDs without hi or hello. He said you booked a queen sized bed but since it’s accessible it’s a smaller bed. I asked nicely and told him but we booked a queen sized bed and it says on the reservation that its a queen sized bed. He said no its not our accessible rooms have smaller beds not a queen sized bed. I asked again we booked a queen sized bed so we should get what we paid for or else it’s misleading online. He said if I want the room or not. And I told him I want the room that we paid for, queen sized bed for 2 guests my mom and I like what online says. he said i have to pay for an extra charge if i want a queen sized bed. why would i need to pay if i already booked a queen sized bed???? He even said to call expedia because we booked via expedia but we told them I always use expedia for all my trip and this is my first time had a bad experience he said we should just leave and he was shooing us with his hand signal and that he will cancel the reservation with full refund no charge. that is the very first time i have encountered a receptionist like that. very rude and very unhappy with the job. I asked for his supervisor but he said he is the Supervisor and I am asking his name he don't wanna give us he doesn't even have a badge ID he said he doesn’t care if i report it and that we should just leave. very bad experience "

"They have a great breakfast menu and bar service starting at 4 o’clock. At 5 o’clock they start serving dinner with lots of choices and all of them are good. I typically enjoy the brussels sprouts and the buffalo chicken wings. But I’ve had their bowls, salads, entrées, and soups, and they’re all good. I highly recommend this hotel. Close to the airport shuttle is running every half hour and they offer rides over to the mall of America. Great place."

"Building was just a bit rundown, but it was very clean and the staff went above and beyond. Even helped set up airport transportation for us. Would definitely stay here again!"
