"Easy,free parking. Walked to town for dinner. Coffee available in the morning, along with fruit and muffins,etc. worked out well for us after a long day of travel."

"We specifically called ahead and booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. After we checked in I walked to see the pool and it was closed under construction repair. The staff was great and they checked us into a different Best Western that had a pool and hot tub for the next morning. So all I can say is the outside of the hotel is beautiful looking at the mountain side through our back window was not very pleasant just an unkept dry mountainside. If they took care of it a little bit it would look much better. One thing I found interesting is that it was renovated not so long ago but it still has single pain windows. Again the staff was great but we could not swim the first day."

"stayed there 8 days on multiple reservations as we were dealing with issues in our apartment and had an unpredictable schedule. Staff was great in making the check out and check in process smooth. Julia was especially outstanding in customer service, friendliness and very knowledgeable. She always has a smile on her face and her friendliness was great in a time of stress. As mentioned before, hotel is quiet, room clean, othee guests were polite. Good convenient location. "

"I was skeptical because the price was so low, but I booked a couple of rooms for a long weekend and was really impressed. The check in was quick, staff friendly, and the rooms were very clean. The grounds were well maintained. The only thing was that the hot tub was not in service, but it was absolutely fine since its not really the time of year for that anyway. Also, if you are looking for a full breakfast, you will be disappointed, but a nice snack to tide you over is what is available and the coffee was good. Would definitely consider it if ever staying in Novato again."
