"A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. "Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

"A very nice and clean place to stay for a night or two. We stayed in a standard double room for 1 x night and was comfortable and clean room. Ate in the bar restaurant and food was really tasty and staff friendly. "

"Rooms are spacious with a comfy bed, decent shower, and a plentiful in room breakfast with a fridge which comes in useful. Staff are very good indeed and evening meals were excellent. Will be returning."
