The building is not new, the furniture might seem dated but very functional and no visible defects and had a very good sleep , very comfy bed and all linesn and bathroom and everything else very clean. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

"What's not to like? Fabulous place, great family atmosphere about the place. Great food, good beer, nice room, dog friendly, Limited parking, but right in the middle of town in the middle of Norfolk. Sensible location for anyone working in the area, close to the A11. Good dog walking from the pub. Daniel and his team (overseen by Mum) are very welcoming, as is the pub - it'll wrap it's warm and welcoming arms around you - here you can relax and feel at home and really look forward to returning...

"Whilst the room was relatively clean, it did not resemble the advertised pictures. It was more like a HMO than a ‘hotel’ or ‘B&B’. There is a number lock to enter the building and then another number lock on the bedroom door - no staff. - and more like poor student digs. The room was a Victorian front room converted and the noise from the street kept me awake most of the night. In the morning I was bitten by some smaller occupants of the room!!! "We stayed here for our anniversary, its a very impressive building, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice, large bed, great big soft pillows, air con nice and cold. Only issue was the water pressure of the shower, if you wanted anything other than a cold shower the water pressure dropped so you were basically hugging the wall to get under the water. We did let the staff know this upon checkout. We had drinks out on the terrace overlooking the golf course which was lovely...
