I liked that the seating area was separate from the bed, so it didn’t feel cramped at all. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with essentials. The location made it easy to get around downtown without hassle. Overall, it was worth the price."

"I stayed at Hotel Per La over Valentine’s Day weekend for a solo getaway in Los Angeles, where I planned to enjoy some shopping and spend time with friends. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, which made everything feel welcoming and comfortable. I also appreciated the valet service—they were attentive, efficient, and very helpful. One of my favorite aspects of the hotel is its historic charm. The building has a unique character, and the quirky architectural and design details throughout the property make it especially delightful. I also had an amazing chocolate latte from the coffee shop downstairs. The staff there were very friendly and sweet, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and I would happily return."

"The place itself was good. Location was perfect for our visit. The issue- the overwhelming amount of fees that were charged!! Destination fee? Resort fee? $60 parking fee?? Had we known we may have chosen some where else"

"Gorgeous Grande Dame hotel. I walked to Central Market for great lunch and checked out the Bradbury Building. the lobby and bar were incredible! "

"Great hotel for my short stay for the LA Marathon, in great walking distance to food, bars, shopping. Hotel in great condition, filled with art and wonderful decor. Very relaxing vibe this place had. Room had everything you needed for your stay especially if you don’t plan on being in the room the whole time. "

"One of my favorite hotels for the amazing lobby. A little disappointed this visit that we weren’t advised that we needed to let housekeeping know that we wanted the room made up every day. Also disappointed that the staff did not repair the phone in the room as requested. And the water pressure in the sink faucets could be higher without hurting anything. Certainly will stay there again, but don’t slip from a four star. Would have liked to have known what the situation was. They kept us out of the hotel on Saturday afternoon."
