"This place is great to just go and relax and never have to leave the resort. The employees were great and helpful and kind and the hotel and room were very clean. Both restaurants on the property were great along with all their other amenities. Highly recommend!"
"This is a great, basic, not fancy clean motel. The location is great for the ferry to Mackinaw, just a few minutes from Shepler's dock. Thanks to the motel front desk staff for giving us good information about shuttles and getting the ferry to Mackinaw Island. DON"T pay 15.00 to park at Shepler's lot, call them and the nice shuttle will pick you up in minutes from this motel. Tip the driver, they are super nice.

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its location is perfect. Right across the street from the beach that has a great view of the bridge. Super close to Shepler’s ferry. Close to downtown. Employees were nice and helpful with all our questions. Love the wood cabin vibes. The pool and hot tub were nice after a long day of exploring the city and island. We would definitely stay here again. "
"Hannah was very nice and full of information about the area. The room was very clean and cleaned every day while we were out. They offer smores every night around a fire. There are picnic tables available and a table with an umbrella. My family played games out in the cute space. The beds were so very comfortable and the towels nice and fluffy. "
