"Lovely spot at a great price. Bella in the morning might wake some but minimal noise otherwise despite being central. Room was quite hot and AC didn’t work well or wasn’t turned on yet (March) but opening the window made it manageable. Breakfast isn’t worth the cost but is fine. Excellent staff and 24/7 front desk, which was amazing and rare in Italy. "

"Internet was ok. Check in says 2PM but we weren’t able to check in until after 4PM and they site luggage service online but that includes leaving your luggage in the hallway open to everyone walking by. Staff did not greet us until we spoke to them."

"Breakfast was cold, not fresh. Elevator was broken. The Staff was not that nice from the begging. The payment has to be done before the stay at check-in. "

"This is our 2nd stay at the Hyatt Centric in Murano, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Venice. The waterbus stop is right outside the hotel, the shops are right outside the hotel, there are at least 8 restaurants within 200m of the hotel! It's clean, bright and modern, with lovely facilities and excellent staff. "

"The Splendid Venice was in a perfect location to sightsee, so near Rialto and San Marco. The staff were very friendly and overall the hotel was warm and inviting, with lovely seating areas and a bar to relax in after a tiring day viewing the attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
