"Great hotel ideally situated to explore Murano and beyond with good links to Venice and surrounding islands only a short walk away. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a high standard and the bed is made daily along with a fresh supply of towels. We had a lagoon view and the gentle lapping of the water and views across the lagoon were a welcome sight each morning. Breakfast was plentiful. "Beautiful hotel with very nice, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Front desk is unbelievably attentive. The only thing was the gym. Not very nice with minimal equipment. It is crowded with 2 people in it. Needs to be expanded and new equipment for a hotel like this."

"Location was great - 12 minute walk to the train station. Their breakfast is a normal European breakfast - light. The room had AC without a locked temperature which was great because we could put it to as cold as we wanted. Issue: There was sooo many fruit flies in our room. I don’t know if that’s a Venice thing but we had to kill so many of them. They were in the building a little too. "No air condition until may-was not told prior. Poor circulation in the room with no fan. Left the window up but no screen so eaten alive by mosquitos. Everything covered in dust, staff not friendly or very helpful. Positives are great location near st marks and shops and it has a direct water drop off site. "

"Lovely hotel. Very central to all parts of Venice. Quiet at night which was great after a long day sightseeing. Good facilities. Lovely roof top terrace/bar. We didn’t opt to have breakfast as we wanted to go out early and explore but thought the value of €15 was good for a buffet as Venice isn’t cheap. Great location, clean and staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again"
