"Excellent location, rooms very clean, extremely quiet of a night. Breakfast was ok, but, with only 2 staff on, they were stretched. Kept running out of food, but it was refilled, so queues did form for either plates or food at certain times. That said, we’d definitely stay again. "
"Our room was large, quiet, and dark! It was perfect. Very clean, spacious bathroom, well appointed. Staff were excellent! We did not use any dining services so can’t speak to that but the location is a nice and easy 5-7 minute walk to the train station and loads of shopping."
"2nd time i have been here, beautiful hotel and super clean. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of options. Friendly and professional staff. Swimming pool and spa is lovely, especially the sauna. Will be coming again soon "

"Superb standard of rooms with fantastic sumptuous decor. A gem in the city right on a road with all of the coolest restaurants too..staff top notch, friendly and helpful. Cannot fault this hotel and we will be back. "
"Unique property in a central location where most of Liverpool City Centre can be accessed by walking-Caveen Club, Albert Dock etc. Plenty of space in duplex. On street parking available, but just round corner 24 hour parking for £6.95 via NCP."
"I had a lovely comfortable room on a high floor with a great view and a window seat too! I was able to watch out cruise ship docking from my window! The staff here were also very welcoming and helpful. My aunty and I ate in the restaurant twice and had lovely food which adapted well to my dietary needs. The only disappointment really was the tea provided - I drink earl grey tea and would have loved some early grey teabags ! "

"I would like to sincerely thank the check in staff for their kindness and support in organising a room at late notice when we were let down by our booking at a different unrelated hotel. We were very stressed when we arrived with kids in tow and no where to stay. They immediately calmed our nerves and sorted us out with a perfect room for the family. I would highly recommended this hotel to friends and family and will be staying here when we return to Liverpool in the future. Thank you"

"Very good location. Staff are nice. Breakfast was not good with the money. The last day I check out. Faced the fire-alert without any notice from the hotel before. Then I had to carry my luggage from the 7th floor down."
