Great, friendly hotel. Always ready to assist. If you look for a nice local experience and not a macro hotel chain, this is a great choice.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. As an English-speaking tourist, the front desk staff were able to speak English, which was very helpful. The location is near many shops and public transportation so getting around the city is easy.

Best value, best location, best staff

This is a hotel I return to again and again. The location is perfect, being near all shops, restaurants, nightlife and the famous night market. My room was spacious and very clean with a nice bathroom. Breakfast menu is delicious.

Although the property is no longer run by Swiss Management and many perks and staff have disappeared since the Pandemic, it is in a convenient location and the rooms are spacious and comfortable (at the right price).
