Sandman Hotel & Suites London Downtown
"I was told over the phone that the property was fully accessible and it was NOT. There were stairs from the parking lot to the hotel. (there was a VERY INCONVENIENT ramp.) The toilet was the very lowest I have seen. There was no bar so I could not get off without my husbands help."
