The only recommendation I have is the service was on the slow side. While at the poolside, we’d order food and drinks and it sometimes took up to 30-35 mins to have the items delivered.., same for dinner. Other than that everything was great"

"Lovely place, with lovely, friendly, helpful, and hospitable family owners who mange the hotel. There is a full service restaurant in the hotel. Location great for downtown Tam Coc, and easily walkable. The hotel also rents bicycles and small motorcycles. It is a new hotel in excellent shape, and very nice rooms. It does get a little noisy around 6 am, when life outside the hotel begins, and that might be a consideration for some. Vista Tam Coc is a lovely place with lovely owners. I’ll stay...

"I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Clean room, spectacular location, absolutely fantastic family. They were very accommodating when I showed up earlier than expected when I was supposed to show up at 6am coming off a sleeper bus from Hanoi, but instead took a tour the day before that dropped me off in Tam Coc at 9pm (I paid for the entire night just so I wouldn't have to wait to check in)."

"Beautiful location! The approach through rice paddies, palm trees and striking limestone karsts is memorable. The layout of the property is also nice, with a winding pathway to the rooms. My room was spacious and I heard no noise from other guests. The interior was a little dated, but fully functional. Staff was great, from check in to the individually prepared breakfasts, handling my laundry request, getting me going with a bicycle, and booking a full day excursion."

"The couple who run this homestay are so nice and accommodating. They greeted us right as we stepped out of the van and helped with our luggage. He communicated with us via translator. There are bike to use for free and they make a wonderful breakfast of your choice daily. Anything we needed they were willing to help. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely would stay with them again. They also have some very friendly kitties. "

"The room was very clean,however the sink,toilet and bath are all in one with any separation, there wasnt any available shower caddys for a comfortable shower,also the quality of the bathing soap needs improvement. The staff is fabulous, its a family owned and managed hotel. Tam Coc is within walking distance, Trang An isnt far away and there are lots of restaurants,bars and massage parlours around. I will stay again and I can recommend this hotel to others."

He really tried to help out, but clearly the bosses were the difficult people and just seighted and ignored us. They hated the idea they had to help us our t after 8pm due to our bad room. "My family and I decided to stay here after reading the reviews. Firstly, we don't usually stay at home stays, but thought it would be a good experience being in ninh binh. Rooms, facilities and service were adequate. The home stay is located on a small road, so cars and buses cannot access. Every tour or p/u and drop off with grab had to stop on the main road because the roads there are narrow. I had to deduct one star due to coordination with the owners.
