"They were doing construction work above our room starting at 7:00 in the morning and nobody at the hotel even thought this could be annoying for 2 families with young kid trying to have some peaceful rest. Even after mentioning it, the noise and hammering continued for a while. Same happened in the evening. "Unfortunately we happened to be in Tam Coc when the typhoon hit, although that was an experience in itself. However, the owner was absolutely brilliant and is such a lovely lady, nothing is too much trouble. Tam Coc is absolutely lovely, as is the hotel. Because we were only there for three nights and two of those were affected by the typhoon we are definitely going to go back to experience Tam Coc and when we do we will make sure we stay here. It's in a lovely spot by the river and is only a 10 minute walk to the main street although having said that there are some really nice restaurants very close by. We will have absolutely no hesitation in returning back here, it is an absolute gem of a hotel."

Friendly staff and helpful organising taxis for trips for us. Only 4 sunbeds next to the pool which coilf be a problem if busy.
