"We booked this very last minute because we decided at the last minute to visit Cinque Terre so I didn’t read too much about what it looked like. 1. The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. "A beautiful apartment where is steps away from the waterfront, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. However; we had to climb approximately 4 flights of stairs with luggage when checking in. Upon checking out a couple showed us a ramp to go down the Main Street and we wish we could know it earlier. The ramp is right across the Coop supermarket. "

"An excellent place to stay in La Spezia! Central in old town, but quick walk to train station & also to bus stop to Porto Venere (Mercato Nord). 2 supermarkets & the town's huge fish & food market, within 1 minute walk. Very good communication pre checkin, actual person available at checkin, who was very helpful (there from midday, until I think 7pm) which also enables luggage storage. Very comfortable bed (not too hard!) & pillows. Building has a lift, yay. Fridge, kettle, coffee maker with decent coffee. Terrific shower with instant hot water. Tastefully decorated room, with chairs whose design enables them to double as tables. Our room was on 2nd floor facing an inner courtyard garden, so it was very quiet."
