"Wundervolles, kleines, hübsches Hotel. Sehr liebes Personal. Im Zimmer fühlt man sich direkt sehr wohl und wie zu Hause. Wir hatten nach der Abreise noch etwas im Hotel vergessen und das Personal war so unglaublich hilfsbereit! Kleines, sehr feines Frühstücksbuffet. Absolut zu empfehlen! Wir würden es auf jeden Fall erneut buchen, wenn wir noch einmal in Neapel sind."

The only quarrel I would have with this place is that they charge $.10 Euros to use the elevator at certain times of day. It's not a big price, but it's very inconvenient if you don't have the coins on you. Suggest that they figure out a way to give you a free trip up and then supply you with 10 coins in your room and charge you one euro for it. It would make quite a bit of a...
