"Unfortunately our stay wasn't that good! The first day of our arrival that hotel told us, after we reached them, that there is a problem with the room and they transferred us to an apartment that had no WiFi, no shower curtains and not even a bathroom door! The next day we checked in at the hotel yet we were informed that there is no daily houskeeping if the stay is less than 3 nights, and that was not announced on hotels.com! The area is a little shady but still central and close to everything...

"The hotel was perfect. Rooms were lovely and the location was brilliant. Breakfast each day was excellent wit lots of choice and the staff were so friendly and made you feel like you lived at the hotel and not just a paying guest. Will 100% stay here again on our next family visit to Naples."

"The location was excellent. It was very well maintained. There is a kitchenette if you are inclined to cook. It also has a washer and dryer which was handy. Luigi provides all essential amenities. He was very responsive with any inquiries. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Our stay was fantastic. "

"Location was great, walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants and shops, the port. Both the room and bathroom were clean and spacious, comfortable bed/ pillows, additional sofa, A/C, TV, mini fridge, coffee machine and kettle. The only thing it let it down was the traffic noise from nearby busy street due to the type of windows."

They were proactive before our stay, helped show us how to get in, offered to help with navigating the city. "I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The hotel is modern inside with clean and comfortable rooms and very good breakfast options. It is ideally located around 10 minutes walk from Napoli Centrale train station and the adjacent 'Starhotels Terminus' hotel which is a key pick-up point for organised excursions to Pompeii, Vesuvius, the Amalfi coast etc. It is also located on the edge of the old Centro Storico and near a main road which takes you further in to the city for easy access to the port,...
