Desde el momento de la reservación ya te están atendiendo personalmente por WhatsApp. La chica Alejandra es muy profesional y simpática . Supero nuestras expectativas. El hotel es nuevo y tiene alberca en el techo y todo está muy limpio . Viaje familiar nos gustó mucho "
"Let me start by saying. I’m fortunate to have traveled the Caribbean often. I’ve been to Mexico many times over the last 20+ years and Isla Mujeres several times. I’ve stayed in everything from 5 star all inclusive to some down right outdated DIY hotels.
Casa Del Jaguar didn’t miss. From the reception to departure everything was handled perfectly.
The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful through out our stay.

" This place was amazing.. They cater to every need and staff was outstanding. Santiago at the beach was very attentive , knew what we wanted and we didn’t even have to ask. We would come up from the beach and our drinks would be waiting for us. Outstanding service. "The property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memories"
