"Great hotel with a fantastic location. The rooms are spacious but NYC standards and clean. The restaurant in the lobby has great coffee and is a fun place to spend an evening. Joe the manager is fantastic. He made our stay very enjoyable."

"Honestly best hotel I have ever stayed in! The smell in the lobby was so refreshing. The rooms were beyond clean, not even a little bit of dust in sight! I would 1000% stay again if I came back to NYC. And Times Square is right around the corner. You can see the red stairs from the front door of the hotel"

"El hotel fue una maravilla, está en un lugar céntrico muchas cosas cercas. El servicio al cliente fue de excelencia. Una chica muy amable la que nos atendió en la llamada Nicole, y todas las demás personas también! Mega recomendado!"

"Unfortunately the air conditioner was not working properly. The staff were all very nice and they tried to fix it and brought a portable but it never really cooled down."
