"The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was very nice. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool during our stay but it was gorgeous. There was also a sauna room which is so cool. Breakfast was okay, nothing crazy. But the coffee was great! "

"Good location for airport (5 -7 min drive depending on traffic), Vasco da Gama shopping mall and Park of Nations with all the activities and restaurants by the river (10-15 min walking). New hotel, very clean and minimalistic looking including the facilities in the room - not much storage space (so if you plan to stay for more than 2-3 nights, you'll have to have clothes in your luggage), no coffee /tea in the room but it does have a water station on each floor (just make sure you have your own bottle though). Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't eat in the hotel but there is a grocery store 1 min walk to the left as you come out that has a nice typical Portuguese cafe that can be used for breakfast / quick lunch. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. You can also leave your luggage with them if your flight is later in the evening on your check out day which I found extremely helpful. I would definitely use this hotel again for a short stay in the area."

"Rooms extremely spartan. Bath towels had holes. Duvet cover was torn. Breakfast was okay. However, information about the breakfast (print and orally from staff) there was no price mentioned. No price posted at entrance of breakfast area. The assumption made by us and others was that breakfast was included. At check out we were told there was a €24 charge for breakfast. We felt baited (no mention of charge) and switch (€24) as we are checking out. "

"8th floor room was quiet, and clean. AC didn’t work very well so it was a bit stuffy. Staff were all great. Shuttle service to/from the airport was quick."
