"We booked thru expedia at towards the end of the day 12am.. when we reached the hotel the staff told us the rooms were sold out. Made us wait for about 1 hour to wait for her to call the manager.. we were so sleepy just need a place to sleep.. she couldnt decide and not flexible by arranging another room for us.
