The room on the 27th floor was one of the best I’ve had. The hotel is in a great location and the amenities were superb. The location in the train station was amazing, with endless food choices, and anything you might need. And of course, the Japanese people we interacted with were amazing. This includes all of the hotel, staff, store personnel and just people we met on the street. Loved the experience…
