"Loved this place! Rooms are amazing and the photos don’t do it justice. We had breakfast and dinner included and it was next level. Very traditional Japanese menu and so luxe! Staff were so friendly and accommodating as we had our 4 month old with us. The three onsens to choose from makes this place a must try!"

Accordingly I had to pay again. Whether it was my fault or not I do not know but apparently I have no chance of receiving a refund."
