"I recently stayed at Regent Taipei during a business trip and had a wonderful experience despite an unexpected ligament injury that limited my mobility.
Before arrival, I was concerned about moving between two consecutive reservations and managing a late-night flight home. The hotel team was incredibly thoughtful and arranged a room close to the elevator, allowed me to stay in the same room throughout my stay, and helped make my visit much more comfortable.
A special highlight was the Tai Pan Lounge. Having both my room and the lounge on the same floor made a huge difference while recovering from my injury. The lounge was quiet, relaxing, and provided a great place to rest and work throughout the day.
I would especially like to thank the front desk and guest service teams for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Their practical solutions and genuine care turned what could have been a very difficult trip into a comfortable and memorable stay.
Thank you, Regent Taipei. I look forward to returning in the future."
"Such a safe and central location for us. We took tours that picked us up from the main station, went to night markets, and shopping which were all central to the hotel. Ubers were also very affordable to the airport. We exchanged currency at the front desk, staff were super helpful and kind. We arrived around 5 am, luggage storage was safe and easy to leave all our stuff and explore until check in at 3 PM. 7/11 is also walkable for an early morning or late snack. If we were back in Taiwan, would definitely stay here again!"
