"The best things about this Riad is the location and the staff. It is easily accessible from the street within about 2 bocks, and also few steps to the Place Jema El fna, which makes it very easy to go out for a while, go shopping, go eat, return to rest a bit or leave my things, then go out again. Also the staff was very helpful and attentive all the time. The front door is kept locked at all times, I suggest them to provide keys to the guests to get in, instead of having to ring the bell every time. The room was a bit small. The breakfast was good and big."

"What a fabulous Riad. From the moment you walk in you are greeted like family. You are served tea and pastries in the courtyard for the check in while your bags are taken to your room. We had the suite w/ terrace overlooking the courtyard which is a beautiful room. The entire staff are always available to help you and usually anticipate what you need before you ask. Great breakfast included every morning. Dinners in the restaurant are excellent with huge servings. Just can’t say enough about how special this Riad is. Want to say thank you to all the staff but a special thank you to Mohammed and Hakin who took care of us morning to night. They made my granddaughters birthday one she will never forget. "The riad had just opened around two weeks when we checked in. It is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The friendly owner was there every day to meet guests and asked for feedback. Don't miss the rooftop garden to enjoy sunshine. The swimming pool water temperature is 30 in Feb so those who like to swim in a riad can do so. An English-speaking man would wait for guests at the nearest gate and take them to the riad. Highly recommend this riad. "

"Honestly, this was "Average" (3-Star), but it got upgraded a star because of 1-2 service/concierge agents. They did really go above and beyond to help transport luggage left behind from Marrakech to Casablanca, and one who served as a translator when my wife was sick and had the doctor visit us in the room. Otherwise, I find the place to be too conceited about what they think their persona actually is. Four Season, Mandarin, Aman and of course the Royal Mansour - all better options."

"The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it. "
