"Just been here for 5 days, loved the hotel and its location in the medina, it’s right next to a taxi pick up point for any day trips which is extremely useful!! Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Only a small thing that sort of went wrong not sure if it was usual or not but for about 2 days our electricity kept cutting out in our room every 20 mins or so which meant the air con would too. It came back on pretty quickly and this did get fixed but was quite annoying. Apart from that it was a lovely stay in a very pretty hotel. Would recommend ☺️"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Bliss Riad. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Accommodation was comfortable and traditional, with everything you need. It was very peaceful, but very well located in the Medina. Delicious breakfast in the rooftop terrace."

"An incredible hotel. Truly one of a kind. La Mamounia is on another level. The service is incredible, but what impressed me even more is the attention to detail everywhere you look. The rooms are beautifully decorated, every space feels special, and even just walking around the hotel and the gardens is an experience by itself. I used the gym, had dinner at Le Marocain, spent time exploring the property, and everything was consistently excellent. The staff makes you feel taken care of without being intrusive, and the level of detail in the design, the service, and the overall experience is really impressive. It’s not just a luxury hotel. It has character, history and a very strong sense of place. You really feel that you are in Marrakech. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had."

"Marrakech has countless Riads & hotels to choose from. We spent a few more dollars than usual because we wanted an authentic Moroccan experience that would be our first on this holiday & a good measure of what a really good Riad is. The staff could not be better: they bent over backwards to accommodate us & any requests we had over almost a week. We arranged to be picked up from Marrakech station: the best money we have ever spent & delivered back: terrific. It is not hard to get lost in the Medina (old area): definitely arrange this with them. Their Riad was a near perfect location close to everything: meeting our driver on our tours was only a few minutes easy walk to the taxi/transport area. The breakfast each morning (included in the daily tariff) was delicious Moroccan food: a great ‘heart starter’ for the day ahead. Upstairs cool breeze while eating. Our room was on an upper floor: large TV, 3,000+ satellite channels including YouTube & Netflix! Small fridge but no kettle. The room had a traditional feel to it & homely: quite different to a hotel room. We found it difficult to get the hot/cold water to a cool/warm consistency: we mastered it towards our stay. The AC in the room: we set it to 17c yet it didn’t feel as cool as it should be. We rate our stay a 4.5/5. We would highly recommend this terrific Riad to our fellow travellers. Thx GreyNomads"

"My wife and I travel all over the world and we have been to fancy hotels that offer the best of the best but we’ve never had a more homey feeling, the staff was super helpful and friendly. A small room but super cozy clean and everything we needed. Location was right where you wanna be, close to everything and a very good breakfast."

"I cannot recommend this Riad enough. From the details and attention paid to decore, to the warm and attentive hospitality offered by Karim, I enjoyed an exceptional experience. The rooftop is particularly stunning, with a view of the minarets. One thing I will note though, is that the free breakfast is a bit below standard compared to the rest of the experience. The only hot food is Moroccan pancakes, everything else is more like continental breakfast, cold bread, cream cheese, deli meat, etc"
