"We got a 2 bedroom suite, and it was perfect for our family of 4 with pre teens. We were on the 21st floor with a beautiful view of the city. We loved that the hotel was inside the Saigon Centre mall because it was pouring rain most of the time we were there. We just ate inside, walked the mall and shopped, enjoyed the air condition, hopped over quickly to Saigon Square for budget shopping, and tried to make the most of our days. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the bathrooms were clean, the living room area was perfect, there was plenty of space, and the staff was very accommodating and helpful."

"This property is unique for two reasons: 1) the types of rooms that it offers families and groups. We got the three bedroom executive suite which was spaciously appointed for Grandpa and Grandma, Mom & Dad, and two kids. We were able to request a rollaway bed which was comfy. We appreciated having washer and dryer in the suite. 2) The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive. Front reception, bellmen, breakfast folks were all very helpful. What we didn't like as much: 1) The fitness center is not air-conditioned and felt cramped. Though the pool was nice. 2) The property is clean and well-maintained, but not as modern as others in the city."

"I stayed for two weeks. The room was clean and had a much needed washing machine. Very safe and secure building as a solo traveller I appreciated that. It’s more of an apartment which was great and they gave me a WhatsApp app chat for if I needed anything during my stay which was great. Good location to get into the city with a nice pool area and shops on site."

From the moment we arrived, everything about our experience was absolutely flawless. The Property & Location The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably well-kept, and spotlessly clean throughout our entire stay. You can tell they take immense pride in maintaining the property. The location is also hard to beat. It is incredibly central, situated right next to Ben Thanh Market and within walking distance to all the major hot spots, restaurants, and cafes in District 1. It made navigating the city effortless. Special Thanks to Katie Ng & Kelly A massive, heartfelt thank you to Katie Ng and Kelly. They both truly defined what hospitality should be. They went completely out of their way to ensure our stay was seamless. At one point, I needed to pack up some fragile items to bring back home on my flight, and they were kind enough to step in and assist me. They took the time to package everything carefully and securely so nothing would damage. It’s rare to find that level of genuine care and kindness. Verdict Grand du Lac made our trip to Ho Chi Minh City unforgettable. Between the central location, the beautiful rooms, and the outstanding team, I would definitely return in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a perfect stay in Saigon, look no further!"
