"The hotel was excellent. The valet & check-in were very convenient. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, great start to the stay. Our room was spacious & clean, modern & had all the amenities we needed. Bed comfortable, shower stylish with great water pressure. Having the hotel connected to the Mohegan Sun complex made our stay very convenient. Could easily walk to the casinos & arena for a show. And minutes to coffee, shopping, and dinner. Great stay overall. "

"The true gem about this hotel is the staff, they are so kind, friendly and professional! We received an excellent recommendation for a place to celebrate our anniversary, we're always greeted with a friendly smile and a can do attitude, and it feels like they genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are a nice size and the decor is pleasant. There is plenty of parking. There was an issue with our bed, and the wonderful person who checked us out was so sweet and offered us breakfast vouchers to their restaurant to improve our experience. This was particularly appreciated, as this was not expected and it made us feel yet again that the staff truly care for their guests. We also had a divine experience at the cerulean spa, all in all this is a place we will return to for sure! "

"Room was very clean, we were able to check in early with no charge. Apps at bar were good and the bartender Mark was excellent and super friendly. No shuttle service to the casinos but we easily got an Uber. "
