Although the washer/dryer was small, it was free, which came in very handy for us. Although the room was small with no closet, it was very clean and comfortable. "The staff and owners were super nice and willing to help with anything we needed during the stay! The room was spacious and super clean, even with some amenities to welcome you and warm during our cold winter stay. It is a little bit far from the central shopping areas but conveniently it does have stores like Olive Young, Paris Baguette, and McDonalds nearby with a subway station only a 2 minute walk away from the hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay again! "
