Blanket was not clean no spare pillows small bugs in shower area
They wouldnt let us check in half an hour early
Rude and treated us like second class people.because we booked through you
Also the balcony had urine all over it it smelled really bad

Dear Paula, yes it is absolutely true that you come at 1-30 pm to check in. It is indeed true that you were told that check-in starts at 2 p.m. Is true as well that you come back to check in at 16-29 pm.The rest of your story is pure lies in the worst edition, showing you are a very nasty person with a tendency to create lies as you go.The room you were in for one night was previously occupied four days by the corporate guest who has been staying at Voyager for the last twenty years. He wouldn't hesitate to communicate to us any problem. After reading your nasty review I went on that balcony and there is not the slightest trace of urine or any smell.Let me ask you why if the above was actually the case you wouldn't complain to reception? Let me ask another question. How long did it take you to fabricate those lies?
we were unable to make it to the place before 10pm and rang to see if they could keep the key out and they said no and were rude about it and i asked kindly if we were able to cancel she said no and hung up! we rang 15 mins after booking this place and they kept out $300 and we didn’t even stay there. extremely disappointed as we have been struggling.

Dear Duncan, You booked the very last spa room at Voyager through Expedia. One would hope that someone skilled in IT to book the room on line could as well read that check in time finish at 10 pm and booking is non-refundable. No hotel in Sydney, to my knowledge, leaves keys outside not knowing who comes, how many person will occupy the room etc. Obviously we living on different planets. I do not understand what 300 you talking about. As far hotel is concerned you paid 270 and hotel gets 229-51 before GST. That was for premium spa room. How you expect someone to wait for you for 2-3 hours when nightshift worker today demands about 50 p/h?. I am fully understand your frustration, but fact is that your booking prevented to sell that room to other person.I must add that in close to a quarter of century of operating a hotel I found that almost everyone , like yourself, not getting their way, are saying that staff was rude, hang up or other made up stories.
Property was in a convenient location for public transport. Room was clean and comfortable and restocked and cleaned each day . Receptionist was lovely and a pleasure to deal with when checking in and out but I wish I could say the same to the male that answered the phone when I tried to confirm booking. I was rudely hung up on and told he was too busy to answer my questions. I nearly canceled just on that experience.

Thank you for your comment. It was me who answered your call. I answered two or three your questions and you were coming with more. I was in reception on my own. Four person in reception were in line to check in in front of me and had one or two calls on hold plus another incoming call. You expected longer conversation and I just had no time for it. After about 20 minutes, I had few minutes and I did called you on internal phone and explained again why I had to cut our conversation short. It wasnt because I was rude to you, but at given time I just was too busy to take all your questions and give proper answers.
Dear TimothyWe did apologize for the beeping, faulty fire alarm in your room. We have questioned you why wouldn't you come or call reception so that we could rectify the problem. We did extend your stay as a form of apology and you and your partner were happy. I checked guests history of that very room. Before you that room was occupied by a guest from your suburb, Willmot.I am unable to point who, but someone was interfering with that fire alarm causing beeping as was off the line. An issue like the above is often experienced by hotels accommodating some locals who do not adhere to accepted norms and behavior.Apologise once again.

Nothing wrong with the property. Just unhelpful, rude staff, abrupt and not welcoming at all. Very dissapointing.

Terrible? Terrible because we couldn't give you invoice?You booked on line and you paid to third party. Not to Voyager.Some time ago we got clarification from Australian Taxation Office stating that a hotel cannot issue an invoice to the guest who paid to third party.You never paid even one cent to Voyager.No one was rude, no one was abrupt.You, like many others, when couldn't get your way was rude, nasty and hang up.
Reception staff member was very friendly and accommodating. I left my pillow in the room by accident and she called me to let me know. We hadn’t left town yet so got me just in time. Very happy with the service that was provided.
Fabulous customer service! The staff where welcoming and extremely accommodating.
The room and the bathroom were very clean.
The parking availability was a great bonus.
Voyager was a really great place to stay. Clean, quiet, good amenities, helpful staff. Highly recommended

Staff were friendly, polite and happy to help the room was clean and surroundings quiet. The bed very comfortable. I would recommend as a place to stay in the future.
My stay was great. Very clean and friendly staff.
Bed was a little hard, however my pillow made up for it.
Need to supply a hand towel with bath towels
One of the worse customer service ever seen at this place. They have no sense how to behave with customers. They are just money greedy. I would strongly recommend for everyone not to book this place. Worse people ever seen. Rooms and place is really bad as well.

I knew you bring a trouble. You had that trouble in your eyes.You booked a room with QUEEN bed for two people and then were THREE of you. Rather than refuse you room and open an argument we asked for extra 20-,00 for third person. You did not paid so we took that twenty dollars from your bond. Hotels make living from renting rooms. You tried to cheat us. So, please tell me who is a greedy cheater? Obviously you. Thank for you comment and please do not show you dishonest , greedy person at Voyager.
