It was very much comfortable to stay at Four Seasons in KL. I chose a room which has a lounge access and I enjoyed lounge experience all day long. The staff at the Four Seasons were fantastic. I had an issue with my bank card and they were more accommodating to me in my plight than my actual bank. We opted for the one-bedroom apartment. It was spacious, luxurious and honestly a home away from home. Would highly recommend ♥️

Amazing Stay

We got upgraded from a park view club room to a junior suite, super happy about it especially since it's new year's eve. They prepared a birthday cake for my girlfriend and a special new year's eve cake. The executive club lounge is great, tons of food selection and special dinner buffet menu. Gym has lots of equipments and great view. Very impressed by the breakfast buffet as well, largest selection of breakfast foods I've ever seen. Great service and friendly staff. Strongly recommend this hotel for any sort of celebrations

We had a wonderful stay, but I unfortunately fell in the shower just before checking out. The floor was unexpectedly slippery, and I sustained a tissue injury; thankfully, there were no broken bones. The assistant manager, Mark, and the receptionist, Sean, were incredibly kind, helping me with my luggage and checking on me after I returned home. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and the staff's support truly made a difference. I believe the slipperiness is due to the tile choice in the shower, which seems like a design flaw

Service from the staff is excellent and superb , from check in until my check out :-) Room is clean,big , cozy & the view is nice as i can see KLCC water fountain dance from my room. TQSM Mr DD & Mr Tan for smooth my check in at reception & executive lounge. TQSM to Ms Yun & other staff ( sory i can't remember the name) from exec lounge serving us from tea time until breakfast for next day. Lastly TQSM to Mr Issac & Mr DD again for smooth my check out process. Overall service is superb & food is vey good . only might be need to have more variety for evening cocktail & breakfast for executive lounge. will come again !!! Tqsm again to FS staff. :-)
