Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. "

"Friendly enough gent once we found him to confirm our on-line booking & get key. Stairway up to the rooms in main building is very steep and narrow. With mobility issues priorly mentioned it was odd that they assuumed this would work...NOT! My wife nearly fell on 3 occasions. There was toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, air fryer, & poacher...some milk, eggs, tea, juice, 6 eggs, lil bit of butter, (expired, crystalized honey), open sugar pot, a lil tub of open corn flakes, 5 pieces bread...no...

"A substantial menu freshly cooked breakfast to order. Room clean but quite basic Staff very friendly and helpful would certainly stay there again should the need arise very close to Prince Phillip Hospital to enable visiting. "
