An entrance to the Red MRT line sits at the entrance to the hotel. Proximity to Xinyi Road also guarantees access to multiple bus lines. Taxis abound. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the superior room with a seating area gives a next level of comfort at nominal additional cost. The service at the hotel is exemplary and embodies the best of Taiwanese standards of hospitality. The staff are kind and professional, always eager to help. We purchased some freshly made Taiwanese dumplings that required storage in a freezer, and were delighted when the reception immediately and agreeably satisfied our request. This is truly above and beyond."
