"Breakfast was awesome. Parking was convenient Staff...professional Room ..musty odor, carpet needs to be replaced. Toilet was not ada height, nor was the shower Ada. If a fire had occurred a handicap person would not be able to traverse 5 floors of stairs to exit. Cost...amount eventually charged was different than what was paid upon arrival. 5+$ charge.no idea what that was for"

"Breakfast was far worse than any free hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Couldn’t even eat it, went to Dunkin instead. There is no pool, no gym, no amenities whatsoever. Room was ok, hair in shower before anyone in my room even took one. For what they charge for hotels these days, this was pretty disappointing. Thankfully it was just 1 night, I do not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again."

"Breakfast was good. Parking good. Cons: - no elevator- we were there 3 days. We are 2 Friends visiting a cancer patient. We are 74 and 78, walking up and down stairs with 20 pound luggage was terrible. Anytime we wanted ice we had to go to a different floor (no ice on 3rd floor.). - no bottled water in the lobby. There was 2 refrigerators but none held bottled water because they were broken. We asked if any cold bottled was available and we were told no. - no room cleaning for 3 whole days. What is so wrong with that is that feeling clean and getting new coffee pods are essential for daily comfort. -we stopped a cleaner in the hall and asked what was wrong with our shower and they indicated they weren’t allowed to come in the rooms to show us how to use the showers. Really…do you see any reason why we shouldn’t be reimbursed for our stay? 2 individuals who are seniors putting up with these conditions are ridiculous. I will never recommend your hotel."

"This hotel was declared un-inhabitable after a fire which occurred months ago, and yet Hotels.com still had it listed and I was still able to book a room....in a hotel that was not open to the public! We never found out the truth until 10:00 at night when we arrived and found a notice on the front doors! Why did Hotels.com still have this listed as available????? This is unacceptable!"
