Staff was awsome and the room was big with separate kitchen and living room all 3 rooms where clean

The front desk was very helpful and sweet. But the housekeeping was terrible… they didn’t take the the trash out a few times, and the 2 days they had to clean they didn’t sweep, mop , fix the bed or clean the restroom. But the rooms were very nice.

The Staff has been subpar to say the least. The rooms have been the biggest issue, we have been here since
January 10th and we have moved rooms 5 times since that is the only resolution that is offered and still nothing actually gets resolved because with each room its just been a new issue each time.

There was roaches in my room there was a lot of hair in the beds horrible room never will I stay there again also room service came and knocked on the door at 9.00 when check out was told to me that I could check out at 12:00 horrible service rude room service staff the only one that was sweet was the guy that checked me in
