"Great room, clean and quiet. Just be aware that their is no wall for the shower. Breakfast is expensive (but everything is expensive at Zürich) location was not the best, need to use the tram for transportation, it’s about 25 min away from main attractions. Never felt unsafe. "

"I had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Zürich Hotel. Everything about the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities in the room were excellent. The staff were outstanding—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the team made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were great, and everything was organized and high quality. "As is the case with most hotels in Europe, the air conditioning does not operate at this time of year; they fail to take into account—at the very least—those tourists who are accustomed to using it regardless of the season. The room was very basic, despite the fact that we were informed we had received a free upgrade—I would hate to have seen the most basic room."

"We didn't have breakfast. If you are in a comfortable room you do not get a kettle or a safe although the staff did say we could use the coffee machine in the lobby and lockers by reception. Nice spa area though the hot tub was out of use. "
