Lovely breakfast N staff, room nice just the glass from room looking straight at the loo abit off putting, great spot for the Tram, just finding the entrance was hard as the front on one side a cafe and main entrance has steakhouse signs.

Very nice hotel

Nice modern hotel 10-15 min by tram 4 from Zurich HB. The continental breakfast was quite good. Staff was friendly. Our king bed room was quite spacious, comfortable, nice TV, plenty of outlets, mini fridge, shower, decent size tub. Oh and the room had remote control outdoor opaque windows shades which was pretty new. The floors were slightly scuffed but not a big deal. Quiet on our floor. I would stay here again if I was in Zurich.

Pretty nice hotel, steps away from a tram station that gets you to the central train station or old town, very convinient. Building and the room were nice. In July heat AC worked well. Comfortable beds. Breakfast choices were great. Our final night's stay was spoiled by the sewage smell that appeared in the middle of the night. Hope that's fixed. Overall, pretty good stay.

For first time visitors to Zurich, the Sheraton we enjoyed the Sheraton. Access to Public Transport was excellent, we had driven and found it easy to access the car parking at the Sheraton. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Amazing Hotel, Great Location and Wonderful Staff!

The hotel location is great, amazing service, great staff and good breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again with family. The hotel has a Tram Stop front of Hotel (2 mins walk -- Toni Areal No. 4) which is under 15 mins to and from Zurich HB (main train station), very Convenient! If traveling with family or friends, I highly recommend this hotel. COOP Supermarket is 3 mins (walk), great for shopping and nice area! This property is close to everything and we enjoyed our stay, wish it was longer!!!

Great hotel in calm new area!

New hotel in more industrial side of town about 20 min by car, 12 by tram (stop in front of hotel), from the old town. Room was very confortable, with automated shutters, warm lighting and a good mattress. Hotel restaurant was very good yet costly as everything in Switzerland is. The hotel staff was excelllent and I will definitely stay here again.
