"An iconic hotel in the heart of Hamburg. The location is so centrally located. Located near many attractions, cafés and great restaurants. Also close to the train. The staff are amazingly friendly and super helpful. The hotel has 3 fantastic restaurants. I didn't get a chance to utilize the spa, but I did stop by to take a look and it looked beautiful. The rooms are super spacious and very comfortable. They could use a little refresh, since this is an older hotel, but still quite lovely. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Always a great place to stay. Staff are very friendly and the bar team are amazing. Very good place to stop for the Messe. Only stayed for business. Very nice and quiet rooms. Good locality for all major attractions and super market just across the road for all the essentials you may need. Parking available too."

"Great hotel for the conference centre. Young friendly team.on reception who give a great welcome and happy to help as needed. Room was comfortable with a kettle and tea and coffee sachets. You could open the window enough to get air. There were no drawers for smaller items of clothing but shelves in the wardrobe made up for it. Have stayed here twice and would certainly stay again."
